Who We Are
Mission
CareSource, Inc. is a CHAP (Community
Health Accreditation Program) accredited private duty, community
based nursing agency affiliated with the Visiting
Nurse Association of South Central Connecticut.
CareSource strives to maximize the quality
of life for its clients and their caregivers in the home and
health care settings.

Philosophy
The philosophy of CareSource is to provide high
quality health care to individuals in their homes
or in a health care setting. CareSource is
committed to providing clinical supervision of all employees,
competency testing, education and training and evaluations. All
applicants have police checks, reference checks, and health
screenings.
